A comprehensive 1 hour 30 minute consultation that involves a thorough medical history check, lifestyle & dietary assessment. Recent blood/diagnostic tests may also be requested. This will be followed by your personalised health plan that will be sent to you in a week alongside any communication regarding questions & clarification.

30-45 minute follow-up sessions will discuss your progress & revise your health plan where necessary. This will also be the time for you to ask any other questions or address new symptoms should they occur.

30 minute express consults for anything acute (immune, stress support etc…). Also for advice & prescriptions for practitioner-range supplements. Not a comprehensive consult.
